If you are a school, retailer, or Apologia Academy enrollee and you place your order on the website you will be handled as a standard retail order.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern (M-F) will be processed the same day and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern (M-F) will be processed the next business day and shipped the day after. If you need Saturday delivery, please place your order through our offices at 888.524.4724. We are open 8AM-4PM Eastern Time (M-F).
Please be aware that orders placed via USPS may take several weeks for delivery and we will be unable to provide you with tracking information. Additionally, the package will not be insured and therefore you will be responsible for filing a claim with the post office if the package is lost or damaged.

Opened CD's or DVD's will not be accepted for return.
